These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of AI SEO Manager (the "Service") provided by the operator of AI SEO Manager ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
This document was prepared for AI SEO Manager and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication. Business-specific details that have not been supplied yet are marked as pending rather than replaced with placeholder text.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business use.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Email addresses used for registration must be confirmed before full access is granted.
Your data is organized into workspaces. Each workspace's data is isolated from other customers. You may only register websites that you own or are authorized to manage.
The Service validates each website you register — checking HTTPS reachability, robots.txt, and sitemaps — before crawling. URLs are validated server-side, and requests to internal network addresses or non-public targets are rejected.
By registering a website you represent that you are authorized to have it crawled and, where you configure a connector, modified by approved changes.
You agree not to: register websites you do not own or lack authorization to manage; use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights; attempt to access another workspace's data; interfere with the Service's infrastructure; or use the Service to send spam or misleading content to search engines or users.
Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination under these Terms.
You are responsible for: the accuracy of the websites you register; reviewing recommendations before approving them; maintaining your own website backups; configuring and maintaining any connector used to apply changes; and complying with the terms of third-party platforms you connect.
The Service uses AI to draft recommendations (such as rewritten titles or new structured data) from evidence collected about your websites. AI-generated content may be imperfect or unsuitable for your context.
Recommendations are provided as suggestions for your review. You are responsible for reviewing each recommendation — including its proposed content — before approving it.
The Service does not modify your website automatically. Every recommended change requires your explicit approval in the Approval Queue before it is executed. There is no auto-apply mode.
By approving a recommendation you authorize the Service to execute that specific change through the connector configured for the website.
Approved changes are executed through connectors you configure, then verified — for on-page changes, by re-fetching the affected URL. Executed changes can be rolled back; rollback includes conflict detection to avoid overwriting newer edits, but we do not guarantee that every rollback will succeed in every circumstance.
Execution requests sent to your connector are cryptographically signed so your systems can verify their origin.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. Third-party platforms may change their APIs, policies, data, rankings, or availability at any time, and the Service's related features may change or stop working as a result. We are not responsible for third-party platform changes.
The Service provides analysis, recommendations, and automation tools. We do not guarantee any specific search-engine rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. Search engines control their own ranking systems and may change them at any time.
GEO and AEO features measure your content's readiness for AI-powered search and observe visibility signals. We do not guarantee inclusion, citation, or placement in AI-generated answers on any platform, including Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or others. AI platforms control their own source selection and may change without notice.
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by the operator of AI SEO Manager and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You retain all rights to your website content and your data. You grant us the limited right to process that content solely to provide the Service to you — crawling pages you register, analysing the results, and executing changes you approve.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled crawls and syncs may be delayed by maintenance, third-party platform changes, or factors outside our control. No service-level agreement (SLA) is offered unless one is published here.
Some features may be offered as beta or experimental. Such features are provided as-is, may change or be discontinued, and may be subject to additional terms presented in the product.
Paid plans are billed per workspace on a subscription basis at the prices shown in the product. AI usage is metered against the allowance included in your plan; allowances reset each billing period. Online card payments are being finalized. When enabled, payments will be processed by a third-party payment processor named here, and the Service will not store your card details.
Until card checkout is enabled, workspaces operate on the included free monthly AI allowance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
The operator's refund policy will be published here before public launch. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory refund rights that apply to you by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, for abuse of the Service, or where required for security. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of AI SEO Manager shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of search rankings or visibility, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This clause should be reviewed with counsel for the operator's jurisdiction.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that recommendations will produce any particular result.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of AI SEO Manager from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or changes you approve to websites you manage.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established (the specific jurisdiction will be published here before public launch), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the operator's jurisdiction (to be published here before public launch). If arbitration or another mechanism applies, it will be stated here before public launch.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last Updated' date shows the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
